Bankruptcy Events:

1. the Reference Entity is declared bankrupt according to the Swedish Bankruptcy Act of 11 June 1987, as amended, (Swedish: konkurslagen);
2. a petition for reorganisation in relation to the Reference Entity according to the Company Reorganisation Act of 1 September 1996, as amended, (Swedish: lag om företagsrekonstruktion) has been granted;
3. any event with consequences similar or analogous to any of those referred to in (i) to (ii) (inclusive) above occurs in any jurisdiction outside Sweden in relation to the Reference Entity;
